General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sales of digital products (subliminal audios and ebooks) made on the Subliboost website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you unreservedly accept these GTCS.

2. Products

The products offered for sale on the Site are downloadable digital files, including subliminal audios in .mp3 format and ebooks in .pdf, .epub, and other specific formats. The characteristics and prices of the products are detailed on the product pages, next to the "Add to Cart" button.

3. Order Process

Orders are placed directly on the Site via a shopping cart system. To finalize an order:

• Not logged in: If the user is not logged in, they will be prompted to log in or register by providing their email address. This will create a user account and a delivery space where they can find all their purchases and gifts with download links.
• Logged in: If the user is logged in, they can proceed directly to payment and will find their purchases in their delivery space.

An order confirmation will be sent by email after payment has been validated.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are made via PayPal. Transactions are secured by integrated payment systems. Mc-devs does not store payment information.

5. Delivery

Delivery of digital products is instantaneous. Once payment is confirmed by PayPal, the digital file will be available for download in the user's delivery space.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to downloaded digital products. Once the download has been completed, it is impossible to return the product. By purchasing a digital product, you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as the download begins.

7. Warranties and Liability

• Warranties: No product is guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.
• Limitation of liability: Mc-devs shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of purchased products. The products offered do not replace medical or professional advice. Subliboost does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the information provided.

8. Promotions

• Welcome gift: Upon free registration, a welcome gift is offered in the form of a subliminal audio of your choice from three options.
• Special offer: When you purchase three subliminal audios, the fourth is free. This offer applies when purchasing three audios simultaneously and is automatically applied to the cart.

9. Changes to the GTCS

Mc-devs reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes will be published on the Site and will take effect upon publication. Users must regularly consult the GTCS to stay informed of any changes.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the purchase of products on the Site will be subject to the competent courts of Toulon, France.
