Affiliate Terms

1. Joining the Affiliate Program

Participation in the Subliboost affiliate program is optional. After registering on the site, users can join by accessing the section "My Space => Affiliations" via the main menu.
To activate their affiliate space, users must meet the following conditions:

• Have a valid PayPal account for commission payments.
• Accept these affiliate terms and conditions.

Once membership is approved, the affiliate space becomes accessible from the user account. This space includes all information related to the program, including recommendations, completed sales, and generated commissions.

2. Commission Calculation

The commission rate is adjusted monthly based on the volume of sales:

• Less than €50: 30%
• From €50 to less than €100: 40%
• €100 and above: 50%

Commissions are calculated after transaction fees are deducted (2.90% + €0.35). For example:

• For a sale of €100, the net amount after fees is €96.75.
• At a commission rate of 50%, the affiliate receives €48.40.

3. Availability of Commissions

Commissions can only be withdrawn when a minimum balance of €20 is reached. If this threshold is not met, commissions remain pending until the required amount is accumulated.

Commissions for the current month are automatically frozen, regardless of their amount, until the end of the period to apply the final rate.
For example:

• January: €10 earned (frozen)
• February: €5 earned (frozen)
• March: €25 earned (frozen)
• April: The total of €40 becomes available.

Once commissions are available, users have 6 months to claim them. After this period, they expire.

4. Withdrawal of Commissions

Commission withdrawals are exclusively made via PayPal.
To request a withdrawal, affiliates must:

• Have made a purchase on the site (condition verified only once).
• Provide a valid PayPal account.

Once these conditions are verified, the withdrawal request can be confirmed. Subliboost is not responsible for errors in PayPal information provided by the affiliate, and commissions will not be reissued in case of issues related to such errors.

5. Tools and Resources

Affiliates will have access to various promotional tools, including banners and sales pages. These resources can be used to promote Subliboost products and generate sales.

6. Affiliate Links

The affiliate link is automatically integrated when users use the social media sharing buttons available on the Subliboost site. Affiliates must use the provided tools to ensure sales are properly tracked and credited.

7. Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for using their affiliate links and the promotional tools provided. Subliboost cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or misuse that may affect commissions.

8. Prohibited Behavior

Affiliates must comply with applicable laws and regulations. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using spam techniques or sending unsolicited emails.
• Misleading or false advertising about Subliboost products.
• Any other form of promotion that does not comply with best practices and applicable laws.

9. Termination

Subliboost reserves the right to terminate membership at any time in case of non-compliance with affiliate terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. In case of termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited.

10. Program Modifications

Subliboost reserves the right to modify the affiliate program terms, including commission rates and provided tools. Affiliates will be informed of any significant changes via email or their affiliate space.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to these affiliate terms and conditions. Please check this page regularly for updates.
